Kathleen Lee, affectionately known as "Kat", 83, of Winchester, Virginia, died Saturday, September 24, 2022 in Greenfield Reflections of Woodstock. Kat was born January 28, 1939 in Georgetown, South Carolina, daughter of the late Willis “Buster” Sims Lee and Ellen Carolyne Oliver Lee. Georgetown, SC was an area that she called home frequently throughout her life. She married a military officer (Archie David Rodgers III) and they traveled the world together with their two children David and Lisa. She surrounded herself with beautiful things and was a fashionista before the term was coined. She was an accomplished cook/baker and had several gorgeous flower gardens. She was a Christian and she sang in the choir and played the piano for many years. Surviving are her loving children, David Rodgers (Marylou Clark) of RI and Lisa Westbrook (John) of Winchester, VA; grandchildren, Joshua Galloway (Farrah) of Spotsylvania, VA, Michael David Rodgers of Burke, VA and Nickolas D. Westbrook of Winchester, VA; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Cameron, Caiden, and Olivia Galloway all of Spotsylvania, VA; and siblings, Myrtis & Walter Hilburn “W.H.” Graham of Charleston, SC and Elmer & Delores Lee of Georgetown, SC. A graveside service will be held 11:00 A. M. Tuesday, October 4, 2022 in Elmwood Cemetery, Georgetown, SC.
