David Farrell Ward, 78, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at his home.
Mr. Ward was born on December 8, 1943 in Georgetown, SC to the late Lofton Woodrow Ward and the late Margaret Elizabeth Burkett Ward. He was a 1964 Winyah High School graduate where he ran track and played football. He attended Pembroke State University where he played soccer and earned his undergraduate degree. After leaving Pembroke, he graduated from John Marshall Law School. He was a United States Army veteran. Mr. Ward enjoyed watching sports on television and was an avid Georgia football fan.
Mr. Ward is survived by a son, Christopher D. Ward and four brothers, Gerald Woodrow Ward, Timothy Dale Ward (Robin), Jeffrey Craig Ward, and Rodney Carroll Ward (Ellen).
