Glenda Elizabeth Taylor Cribb, 82, widow of Cecil Carlton Cribb, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Medical University of South Carolina. A graveside funeral service, with Pastor Jamie Harrelson officiating, will be held at 2PM on Sunday, February 7, 2021 in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. Face masks will be required and social distancing will be enforced. Mrs. Cribb was born in Conway, SC on November 25, 1938 to the late Glenmore Taylor and the late Estelle Wiggins Taylor. She was a member of Screven Baptist Church and spent her free time gardening and tending to her yard. Her greatest joy was the time she spent in the company of her family, friends, and most especially her beloved grandchildren. Mrs. Cribb is survived by two daughters, Donna Cribb Hill of Georgetown and Renee Cribb Dean (David) of Georgetown; one grandson, Chris Hill (Melissa) of Springfield, GA; one granddaughter, Laura Dean of Charleston; three great granddaughters, Gabie, Ava, and Mckenna Hill; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Taylor. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
