Ellen Moore “Sissy” Webb, 92, wife of Donald Morris Webb, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Roper Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 12PM on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Wren’s Chapel United Methodist Church at 1755 Highway 45 in McClellanville, SC. Burial will immediately follow the service in Wren’s Chapel UMC Cemetery. Mrs. Webb was born in McClellanville, SC on August 22, 1928 to the late Lucius Moore and the late Leila Mae White Moore Turner. She was a Lincoln High graduate and a member of Citadel Square Baptist Church in Charleston. Mrs. Webb enjoyed crocheting afghans and traveling in her free time. Her most precious moments were those spent with her friends, family, and especially her beloved grandchildren. Surviving in addition to her husband of 28 years are four sons, Allen Webb (Lisa) of Atlanta, GA, Larry Webb (Brenda) of Minnesota, Donnie Webb of Ladson, SC, Tommy Horne of Givhans, SC; two daughters, Lisa Morelli (Andy) of Charleston, Linda Taylor of Mt. Pleasant; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, James Edward Turner, Genie Moore, Charles Moore, and an adolescent brother.
