Donald Dean Busch, 92, husband of Barbara Scott Busch, passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday, January 16, 2020. Born in Hammond, Indiana on October 11, 1927, he was a son of the late Jack and Zula Busch.
A memorial service, with military honors, will be held at Mount Tabor Baptist Church on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 11AM.
Mr. Busch was a World War II Marine Veteran and retired from BP after many years of service. He loved the beach and outdoor activities such as golf, fishing, and skiing. He was a Christian man who was very strong in his faith and enjoyed spending his free time in the company of friends and family.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 71 years, are two daughters, Laura McDaniel of Indiana and Paula Voyton (Edward) of Andrews, SC; seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Clark, seven sisters, and four brothers.
