Frances Elizabeth Baldwin Kinard, 82, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019 at NHC Healthcare in Garden City, South Carolina.

Born on October 6, 1937, in Whiteville, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd Dewitt Baldwin and the late Mabel Wright Baldwin.  Mrs. Kinard loved Winyah Bay Golf Course and playing golf with family and friends.

Surviving are one son, Randy Kinard (Melinda) of Georgetown; one sister, Carolyn Creech (Phil) of Whiteville, NC; one brother, L.D. Baldwin, Jr. of Whiteville, NC; and a number of nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Raymond Kinard.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
