I am so sorry I can't be there with you today. While I didn't see her often, Aunt Jo always welcomed me with open arms and a smile. That smile was invariably accompanied by a twinkle in her eyes that seemed to say, "we're going to have a great time". She exuded a sense that she could do anything. My father, her brother, Carl,Jr. , aka "Bubba", always spoke of her lovingly. He even tolerated being called "Bubba". (Being his younger sister, Aunt Jo couldn't say "Carl" when she was little so he became "Bubba".) He spoke of her often, and he missed seeing her. My life is better because she was in it.
Peace to you all.
