Mr. Jimmy Wesley Yarborough, 74, widower of Janie Louise Yarborough, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 at his home surrounded by his friends and family.
He was born in Williamsburg County, South Carolina, a son of the late Charlie James Yarborough and the late Fannie Mae Cox Yarborough.
Mr. Yarborough was a retired steelworker that worked for over 20 years with Georgetown Steel. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on cars. He spent many hours with his friends and family building and fine tuning hot rods. Mr. Yarborough loved the Lord and spent many evenings worshiping and singing at The Little Red Barn.
Surviving are: one daughter, Cindy Yarborough Moore (Jerry); two sons, James Wesley Yarborough, Jr. (Candice Harris) and Charlie Joseph Yarborough (Star), all of Georgetown; six grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Wesley, Jennifer, Brittany, and CJ; six great-grandchildren, Tyler, Lilly, Katie, Killian, Maddie, and Cohen; one brother, Donald Yarborough; and his beloved pets, Big Cat and Sassy.
In addition to his parents and his wife of 54 years, he was predeceased by eight siblings.
A visitation will be Friday, November 11, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Graham Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, November, 2016 in the chapel of Graham Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
