Obituary of Denise Michalski

Denise Lynn Michalski, 48, loving companion of R. Cameron Forehand, Jr., passed away Friday, March 30, 2012 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on March 30, 1964, in Dunkirk, NY, she was a daughter of Richard and Nancy Centner Michalski. Denise was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Dunkirk, NY. Survivors include her loving companion of 13 years; R. Cameron Forehand, Jr. of Georgetown; mother and father, Richard and Nancy Michalski of Dunkirk, NY; a sister, Cheryl Michalski of Lockport, NY ; a brother, Bill Michalski (Amy) of Holdrege, NE; special family members, Marvadine Forehand, Stephen Forehand (Yvette), and Deborah Scott (Wayne) all of Georgetown, Ron C. Forehand, III (Michelle) of Conway and Nicholas C. Forehand of Orchard Park, NY; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other special family members. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ted Sherrill officiating. Inurnment will be in Dunkirk, NY at a later date. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Monday at Graham Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Francis Humane Society, 125 N.
