Obituary of Charles Ratterree

Charles Franklin Ratterree, 63, of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Charles was born in Atlanta, Georgia and was a retired Letter Carrier for the City of Atlanta. He also served in the United Sates Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Louise Ratterree; and a sister, Frances Burch (Al) of Riverdale, Georgia.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ratterree of Pawleys Island; a son, Christopher Ratterree of Atlanta, Georgia; a stepson, Jason Vaughn of Seneca, South Carolina; and a brother, Fred Ratterree (Nora) of Currie, North Carolina.
As Charles requested, a memorial service will be held in Nashville, Tennessee at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society , 250 Williams St., NW Suite 600, Atlanta, GA 30303.
