Obituary of Stella Gore Jacobs

Stella Gore Jacobs, 89, widow of Noah E. Jacobs, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014 at Hospice by the Sea in Pompano Beach, Fl.
Born on May 22, 1925, in Pireway, NC, she was a daughter of the late John Robert Gore and the late Winnie M. Hardee Gore. Mrs. Jacobs was a member of Screven Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for 48 years and was a member of the Deborah Sunday School class.
Survivors include her son, Robert Edward Jacobs of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.; special friends, Levon and Daisy Miller of Georgetown; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Friday, May 30, 2014 at Screven Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday at Screven Baptist Church.
