Obituary of Doris Cribb

Doris Caulder Cribb, 80, wife of Larry M. Cribb, died Friday, June 10, 2011 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on November 22, 1930 in Mullins she was a daughter of the late Matthew Caulder and the late Wonnie Caulder. Mrs. Cribb was a member of First Baptist Church and the Ruth Sunday School class. She was a retired registered nurse having worked 26 years as the operating room supervisor and 14 years in the emergency room at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Survivors include her husband of Georgetown; two daughters, Paige Cribb of Murrells Inlet and Kristy Champion and her husband Courtney of Murrells Inlet; two grandchildren, Sydney Champion and Connor Champion; a sister, Jackie Stewart of Atlanta, GA; a brother, Gene Caulder of Birmingham, AL; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special family friend, Cheryl Grimes. She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM Monday, June 13, 2011, at First Baptist Church with Dr. Ted Sherrill, Dr. Bob Teems and Dr. Jim Forrester officiating. Burial will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Sunday at Graham Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, "Going Forward in Faith", 219 Cleland St. Georgetown, SC 29440.
