Obituary of Benjamin Lambert

Benjamin Bell "Benjie" Lambert, Jr., 47, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at his home. Born on March 29, 1966, in Georgetown, he was a son of the late Benjamin Bell Lambert, Sr. and the late Carol Ann Clemmons Howard. Mr. Lambert attended Georgetown First Assembly of God and enjoyed fishing and his dogs. Survivors include a stepfather, Lonnie Howard of Georgetown; two sisters, Della Bryant (Greg) of Georgetown and Tracy Russ (Dennis) of Georgetown; one nephew, Dalton Bryant of Georgetown; two nieces, Meghan Goins (Wendell) of Anderson and Lindy Hall of Georgetown; a great nephew, Jackson Truluck of Anderson; and a number of several cousins and other family members. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bennie and Pearline Lambert; maternal grandmother, Lena Gaddy; and a brother, Raymond P. Lambert. A memorial service will be held at 4 PM Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Georgetown First Assembly of God with Rev. Dave Hoskins officiating. The family will receive friend following the service at the church.
