Obituary of Kevin Palmer

Kevin Dale Palmer, 33, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2013. Born on August 22, 1980, in Georgetown, he was a son of Emma Kennedy McClure and the late Scott R. Palmer. Kevin attended Ringel Heights Baptist Church and enjoyed riding motorcycles and traveling. Survivors include his mother and step father, Tim McClure of Middleburg, FL; fiancé, Rebekka Poe of Georgetown; two step brothers, Dalton McClure and Casey McClure both of Middleburg, FL; a maternal grandmother, Pearl Kennedy of Hemingway; a step grandmother, Anna Lee McCLure of Crumpler, NC; four aunts; four uncles; and a number of great aunts and great uncles. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jason Palmer; paternal grandparents, Raymond and Louise Palmer; and a maternal grandfather, Edward Kennedy. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, November 13, 2013 in the Graham Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday at Graham Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Under the Wings of an Angel, 10615 Hwy 707 Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 or to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Columbia, SC, 5000 Thurmond Mall Blvd. Suite 108, Columbia, SC 29201.
