Obituary of Craig Lambert

Craig Burdell Lambert, 40, passed away on July 13, 2013. Born on April 6, 1973, in Sumter, he was a son of Birdell Woodrow Lambert and Mary Daisy Johnson Lambert. Craig enjoyed building boats, fishing and shrimping. Survivors include his mother and father of Georgetown; two uncles, Thomas Lambert (Gina) of Litchfield and David Forbes of Georgetown; seven aunts, Evelyn Lambert (Roosevelt) of Georgetown, Ann McKenzie (David) of Andrews, Patsy Ward (Glen) of Andrews, Joyce Forbes (Johnny) of Georgetown, Bonnie Seat (Barney) of Georgetown, Theresa Hamilton (Kirk) of Dillon and Donna Washington of Georgetown; three nieces, Amber Jordan (Timothy) of Conway, Ashlee Wilkes of Murrells Inlet and Amy Smith (Bryan) of Murrells Inlet; and a special cousin, Kevin Lambert (Angel) of Woodruff. He was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy M. Wilkes; a half-brother, Arthur Etheridge, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Sam W. Lambert and Elizabeth E. Lambert; maternal grandmother, Florence Williams; a maternal great grandmother, Mary E. Langdale; and one aunt, Jean Forbes. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at First Baptist Church with Dr. Ted Sherrill officiating. Burial will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Monday at First Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 219 Cleland St. Georgetown, SC 29440.
