Obituary of Wilson Junior Howard

Wilson Junior Howard, 83, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 6PM at Graham Funeral Home Chapel.

Born in Andrews, SC on March 28, 1934, he was a son of the late Rudolph Howard and the late Sadie Neely Howard.

Mr. Howard enjoyed fishing, golfing and watching sports, especially football and baseball.  He was a former Andrews police officer and also worked in steel manufacturing at the Georgetown Steel Mill.

Surviving are three children, Terri Gilleland and Pat Howard of Murrells Inlet, SC, and Mellissa Etheridge of Myrtle Beach, SC; five grandchildren, Justin Briggs, Ashleigh Gilleland, Michelle Jordan (Bert), Scott Howard, John Michael Howard; four great grandchildren, William and Nathan Jordan, Gabriella Huntley, and Elizabeth “Alley” Etheridge.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one son, Mike Howard, and two sisters, Bertha and Ulamae.
