Mary Ann Dailey “Penny” Clark, wife of Charles David Clark, 75, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born June 22, 1941 in Easton, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Charles Edwards Dailey and the late Catherine Glassmeyer Dailey. Mrs. Clark was an avid football and Nascar fan. She enjoyed needlepoint, crossword puzzles, and word searches. She loved spending time with family and friends. Surviving are her husband of 42 years; her children, Cheri Michele Mickle of Georgetown, SC, Bryan Charles Slack (Nancey) of Easton, PA, Richard John Slack (Reyanne) of Charleston, SC, and James Arthur Clark of Georgetown, SC; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; one sister, Patricia Price of Easton, PA; one brother, Richard Dailey of Easton, PA; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings Charles M. Dailey, Robert Dailey, and Helen Gargone. A celebration of life ceremony will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 2151, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38101-2151.
