John J. Pindur Jr., 75, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Pindur was born February 18, 1940 in Sicklerville, New Jersey. He was a son of the late John J. Pindur Sr. and Kathleen Ruth Palmer Pindur.
Mr. Pindur was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired after many years of service as a rural mail carrier.
A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Clint McMakin, will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 1pm in the chapel of Graham Funeral Home at 2200 South Fraser Street. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12pm-1pm at Graham Funeral Home. Entombment will follow the funeral service at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are: his wife, Penelope Pindur; two daughters, Penny Lynn Carrington (Larry) of Georgetown and Mary Ann Malone (Thomas) of Pawleys Island; four grandchildren, Jessie, Jennifer, Sage, and Jade; two great-grandchildren, Amelia and Lucien; three sisters, Patricia Bornmann (Gene) of Depthford, New Jersey, Cathy Belzer (George) of Turnersville, New Jersey, and Evie Pindur of Wildwood, New Jersey.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Lois P. Duff, and his brother, Robert Alan Pindur.
