Richard Ardell "Ricky" Lambert, 52, husband of Candy Vause Lambert, died Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Born on August 29, 1958 in Lancaster, SC, he was the son of Elizabeth Brandon Hawkins and the late Ardell Lambert. He attended Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mr. Lambert was a loving husband, father, son and grandfather. He enjoyed the outdoors, meeting new people and was an outgoing person. Mr. Lambert was loved by all and will be dearly missed
Survivors include his wife and mother of Georgetown; step-father, Jimmy Hawkins; four children, Heather Lambert (Todd) of Pawleys Island, Elizabeth Ardella Watson (Reggie) of Georgetown, Tonya Lambert (Adam) of Columbia and Richard "AJ" Lambert (Latonia) of Georgetown; three sisters, Hazel Cameron (Louie) of Georgetown, Darlene Taylor (Vance) of Conway, Bridgett Hawkins (son, James) of Georgetown and Paul Lambert (Angeline) of Georgetown; nine grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Clide Glover and Rev. Chris Browder officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Ridge Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday at Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church.
